We want you to love every scent, serum and lipstick you buy from bendthetrendd.shop. If something isn’t right, our hassle‑free exchange policy has you covered.
1. Eligibility
Window: Request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery (counted from the day your parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier).
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging—including seals, holograms, tags, and gift boxes.
Exact match: Product returned must be the same SKU and variant we shipped (no partial sets or swapped caps).
Hygiene‑sensitive items: For safety reasons, used cosmetics, opened skincare jars, and swatched makeup cannot be accepted.
2. How to Start an Exchange

Reason for exchange (wrong shade, damaged in transit, etc.)
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and courier pick‑up instructions.

3. Shipping & Fees
Return shipping fee: ₨250 flat, deducted from your refund or payable on pick‑up.
Outbound exchange shipping: Free on your first exchange per order; subsequent exchanges incur the same ₨250 fee.
Non‑refundable fees: Original delivery charges are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Options

5. Order Cancellation
Need to cancel before dispatch? Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order:

Orders already handed to the courier follow the exchange process above.
6. Important Notes
Clearance or “Final Sale” items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Gift Cards are non‑refundable.
Please retain your courier return receipt until we confirm your exchange/refund.
